Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We do not entertain Returns or Exchanges.

However, Returns and Exchange of any Disha Patil product is only possible under the following conditions and by way of a credit note.

1. DAMAGED GOODS

We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that leaves our office. If you feel your merchandise is damaged, you must let us know within 2 working days of receipt. A full account credit will be applicable for damaged products. Items cannot be returned on grounds of colour, choice or handwork.

2. WRONG ORDERS

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please write to us with your order number and name. We shall ship the merchandise you requested for as soon as we receive our wrongly sent merchandise in its original form and packaging.

 
Refunds
 
All refunds are made by the way of a credit note only. If you wish to return or exchange your order because of one of the reasons mentioned above and approved by our QC team. You will be provided with a credit note which can be used for future purchases from our online store. Validity of the credit note will be 365 days from the date of issue of the credit note. There will be no cash or online payment refund for cancellation of order.
 

Terms of Return & Exchange

Once we receive the return product, it undergoes a quality check. Once approved new product will be shipped to you within 10 days from the date of approval from our QC team.

All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you.  Disha Patil will not incur shipping or insurance charges on merchandise that is cancelled.

The merchandise is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the merchandise to us is your responsibility.

The returned good must contain on labels, tag, receipt and other packaging with which the goods were sent to you. Disha Patil reserves the right to refuse return or exchange in case of missing packaging.

All returns will only be on credit basis. A credit note will be sent to the billing address/ or on email provided by you.

This amount will exclude shipping and handling charges. Exchange can only be in the form of repurchase via the credit note.

We do not accept returns on specially ordered and customised items under any circumstances since all items have been customised as per your request and post your approval.

If you do wish to modify your order, please inform us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be modified.

 

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Cancellation

We do not entertain cancellation of order after 24 hours from receiving the order. However if the order is cancelled within 24 hours from the ordering, you will be refunded for the order placed. There will be no cash or online payment refund for cancellation of order. You will be provided with a credit note which can be used for future purchases from our online store. Validity of the credit note will be 365 days from the date of issue of the credit note.
